Lately in an effort to bring a little movement to my life, lately I've been downloading workout music and just doing my "moves" while I fold and put away clothes and load/unload the dishes. I use the track "SounDiet." Some of them don't even sound like music - just noise. There are a few good ones though. Granted, my moves consist of walking in place, but I figure that's double the amount of calories I would burn just doing the chore by itself. Right?
The kids think it's a lot of fun, and thank goodness they aren't at that age where there are judgments made. ;) Evie just thinks it's good that I exercise my "blubber" off.
