It looks easy enough to make: Self rising flour (made with flour, baking powder, and salt - find a recipe online), salt, food coloring, and water! I love the way these look. I think I'll save this to do on Spring Break with the kids. (It'll help to have a stockpile because I'm sure they'll all be B-O-R-E-D all the time.) :::eyeroll::: ;)
